The MIXX is a completely remodeled and redone space for queers and allies alike. Open to all gay, straight and in between, The MIXX, formerly known as Studio 27, is in the space located next to the Trapp and within walking distance of Club Sound and Metro Bar. It looks like a new 'Fruit Loop' is popping up in Salt Lake!
For the few years I’ve been legally allowed to patronize bars and clubs, the Friday night queer-friendly Club Sound has always been a good go-to.
Friday and Saturday nights at JAM are high-energy experiences with resident disc jockey Harry Cross Jr. The sexy 27-year-old Westminster student is a staple in the queer club scene and has been spinning at JAM for over a year.
